Does anyone have any views on Federation of Small Businesses and whether or not it is worthwhile being a member?........I currently use an outside HR company but have been told that the FSB can cover this at a fraction of the cost. I was concerned about response times etc.

We have been members of the FSB for a while now and find them very good. We have got good deals on things through the FSB (especially our Merchant Account with Streamline) in fairness i have never had much need to use the legal helpline or HR bit of it but when i have it has been very good. I think the legal helpline is actually run by Abbey.

Thanks for that Leoman, I think I'll probably join, it would be interesting to know how many dealers are members of the FSB.
