Forum - terms and conditions

We have established these terms and conditions so that everyone can get the most out of the dealersupport.co.uk Forum.

We offer you a forum to submit material and messages and by participating you agree to be responsible for all losses of Dealer Support or Intelligent Media Solutions arising out of any breach by you of these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to remove messages which are deemed inappropriate.

The views in the forum are the opinion of the individual person posting and do not represent those of Dealer Support or Intelligent Media Solutions. In line with normal practice of web hosts, we will immediately consider any complaint from any user or third party who complains of a posting on the forum. We will review such postings and make a decision whether they should be immediately removed.

We monitor the forum ourselves but users should be aware that due to the amount of postings on the forum it is not always possible that our staff will see postings that are in breach of our terms and conditions.

It is not possible for us to pass on personal details of users who have posted on the forums. Any such request will only be considered if it is made by court order as we have to balance the rights of all users including their rights under the Data Protection Act 1998.

We reserve the right to remove messages which:

are considered likely to disrupt, provoke, attack or offend others
are racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, abusive or otherwise objectionable
contain swear words or other language likely to offend
break the law or condone or encourage unlawful activity. This includes breach of copyright, defamation and contempt of court
advertise products or services for profit or gain
are seen to impersonate someone else
describe or encourage activities which could endanger the safety or wellbeing of others
are considered to be 'spam', that is posts containing the same, or similar, message posted multiple times.
