Members of Integra Office Solutions were recently given the opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences at an exclusive, one-day event for Horizon and Horizon-Web users.
The user day was organised to review new innovations and software developments as well as helping members get the most out of their Horizon systems.
Speakers from Integra and BlueSky discussed how to optimise business performance, maximise profit through the system together with how to get a return on software investment. The aim of the day was to generally improve efficiencies within a members business.
Adrian Billingham, founder of BlueSky, commented: "Without doubt this was the most rewarding opportunity to talk to dealers on their terms without pressure. The informal approach encouraged Integra members to share ideas and opportunities, not just for developing their businesses but the Horizon product as a whole."
Dealer Alan Elder, MD of Moray Business Services, added: "During the day I picked up a number of things in Horizon which I wasn't aware of before. I also walked away with useful tips on business/system efficiency which I will be putting into action. I can't ask for much more from a user day."
