IT reseller Pure Data Solutions (PDS) is continuing its trailblazing success by achieving 70% growth for the second consecutive year and posting a £3.4m turnover on its third birthday.
In the last 12 months PDS, based in Farsley, Leeds, has boosted staffing levels by over 50%, secured £300,000 in new business from 139 new customers and significantly expanded its services.
Its client portfolio spans Balfour Beatty Construction, Swinton Insurance, TD Waterhouse, motor retail group JCT 600 and American insurer AIG along with large public sector organisations and smaller enterprises.
The business, which expanded from Rawdon to three-storey premises at Farsley's Springfield Commercial Centre in August 2009, is now providing clients with IT recycling, hardware installation, engineering and consultancy and disaster recovery.
MD Stephen O'Brien, who launched PDS in 2007, says confidence and morale are "sky high" as recruitment for top sales talent continues - and the business accelerates towards a £5m turnover by 2011.
He said: "It's been another momentous year as new and existing customers give PDS the vote of confidence by asking us to provide more services. We've responded with a ‘Total Care Solution' package, which includes helpdesk support, to reflect our passion and commitment to exceptional customer care.
"Our ongoing investment in our customers, staff and supply partners is paying dividends and we continue to reward our sales team for generating profit, rather than transactions. Our driven and motivated team looks forward to breaking more records over the next 12 months and to collectively powering us to the next level."
