Dealer signs up over night

ArtPlus has become the latest dealer to become a member of the Nectere dealer network.

ArtPlus MD Paul Wardle needed rapid support for his business when the previous company he worked with were proving to be the wrong match for his independent, customer-focused organisation.

Wardle, who runs his office supplies and printing business alongside his brother Darren Wardle, commented: "We suddenly found ourselves with some big problems; which needed to be resolved quickly. We were finding that although we had some support from NetStationers, we increasingly had to take onboard jobs which were time consuming, which then began to affect our customer service. We needed to find a solution fast. Luckily we had received some of Nectere's marketing emails so were familiar with the project and got in touch."

Wardle made the instant decision to join the network, signing the contract on the same day. He was up and running as a Nectere partner the next working day.

Paul Wardle continued: "The speed Nectere set us up amazed me. Our entire customer database was uploaded onto the new system, our deliveries were all on time, our customers were kept informed and our customer's calls were coming into the Nectere customer service team on our first morning trading."

The transition went smoothly for Nectere although they admitted that given the choice they would have preferred slightly more time.

Dawn Kirby, Nectere's marketing manager, said: "Paul and Darren came to us with a problem. This meant having to work quickly to get them up and running. Fortunately we already have all of the processes in place to set up new partners and this made moving fast a lot easier. They wanted to be given their independence back and show their customers that they are a family run business. They are now individuals again rather than one of many. This helps them to stand out from the big corporate brands."
