Paper merchant climbs UK’s tallest mountains in 24 hours

A team of 17 from paper merchant Elliott Baxter (EBB) has successfully completed the ‘Navigator 3 Peaks Challenge', sponsored by Portucel Soporcel manufacturers of the Navigator brand.

The EBB team was drawn from all of the paper merchant's departments. They completed the event, which involved climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours on 27 June.

MD Tim Elliott said: "It was fantastic to be sponsored by one of our key suppliers for such a great team building exercise; as usual the EBB team pulled through in great fashion and completed the challenge with a smile."

The event raised over £5,000 for the charity Alzheimer's Society.

"It was great to be part of and support such a great teambuilding exercise," said Navigator sales manager Ashley Miller.
