Sudden Impact signs up to DASCOM reseller programme

Latest reseller joins Activ8

Sudden Impact Computer Services is the latest reseller to sign up to print manufacturer DASCOM GB's Activ8 reseller programme.

"Sudden Impact is moving aggressively into the end-user market, and into the supply of new printers," explained Sudden Impact business manager, Cath Fearn. "As a member of DASCOM GB's Activ8 Reseller programme we can now offer customers a full range of new specialist printers, as well as comprehensive technical support throughout the life of the product."

The ACTIV8 programme is limited to a select group of resellers able to sustain high levels of sales, service and support for its product range. In return for this, DASCOM GB provides quarterly incentives, priority pre- and post sales support, demo units, sales and marketing tools, sales leads, technical training, and special pricing.

"We set ourselves apart from everyone else selling printers on the internet by addressing customer needs that others can't," said Fearn. "Not every customer wants a remanufactured machine, especially where printing is mission critical. Having joined the Activ8 programme, we now feel that we're offering customers more options."
