Laser company buy engraving business

Bristol based company Trotec Laser has acquired the entire share capital of Identify Engraving Limited and from 3 September they became a whole subsidiary of Trotec.

Trotec said that the Identify brand complements Suregrave which, they recently aquired. Trotec has said that it is its intention to combine the two businesses for the benefit of the customers in the engraving and sign maker market.

Stephen Jater has been appointed to the position of director and general manager.

Existing customer contacts and key personnel remain in place and for the immediate future customers of Identify and Suregrave should continue to use their existing sales office contacts in Washington, Guildford or Bristol and should continue to place orders in the normal manner.
